roy_fitzsimmonds Posted February 11, 2016 Share Posted February 11, 2016 As an add-on to the above - it may seem overly sarcastic, but it genuinely seems as if Airfix will happily churn out 88 different variants of the Spitfire or Hurricane, but the E Type is constantly passed over.It surely must be the biggest selling car kit they make.Maybe that's the trouble.It already continues to sell well enough, so why update it. As the old saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Seriously, Airfix would score a massive hit if they made really detailed 1/12 model, as they did with the old Bentley.Will it happen?
