An old kit but impressive once put together, I added some detail to the eat and opened the intake doors but other tan that it's out of the box. John Irwing
Fantastic result, bought this as a GR1 when it was first released, made it retracting U/C and all. Got a couple to do in the stash and if either end up half as good as that I'll be happy.
david_fleming
Managed to miss that initially, looks really nice. I have a plan to do a 'cockpit restoration' GR3 from the bits left over from the Sea Harrier!
Ratch
I may have to look into getting one of these
david_fleming
Do, it's an adventure! You just have to remember this was state of the art in 1970!
Ratch
The age of the kit doesn't bother me
Jonathan Mock
That is superb! The weathering is spot on. Built two of them back in 2000 (GR1 and Spanish AV-8A), and blending the engine bay in takes a lot of work - yours is flawless.
DavidJC
Yeah that's pretty amazing work for a kit that is so old and let's face it clunky in places. I do have one in my parents' attic I bought years ago from a shop that was closing down but after looking at the parts I thought 'nah'! I was far less experienced back then though. Drewe Manton
That is one of the nicest builds I've seen from this beast of a kit. Superb!
Mike Grant
That's some seriously good modelling Simon.
Fighter Pilot
Massive! Some people don't like the rivets but I actually do. Great job mate.
