Big Gordon Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 Whilst very impressed with the contents and value for money of the "Percy and the Mail Train " set, I found it impossible to clip the activating ramps to the track and they kept derailing the train.There is no way they will clip in and I think I will have to glue them down.Has anybody had any problems with the other Hornby mail sets? if so how did you fix it. They are more or less like half an uncoupler except that they operate a lever under the coach, which when it actualy works is pretty effective.I have also posted a question in the general discussion forum, I will if that has born any fruit. Big Gordon Posted December 10, 2013 Author Share Posted December 10, 2013 Just seen this post then realised it was mine!Problem was overcome by filing out a bit of sleeper then the ramps clipped in.
