gavin_otter
Hi AllI have just been using my new(ish) Bugatti Veyron on a digital racer track. It suddenly stopped running and when I reconnected it to the track it made a clicking sound then the power unit gave me the flashing green light. The power unit still works as I can run the Lamborghini on it on both lanes. When I connect the Lambo it gives that little whirr which the Bugatti did too until this incident. I have had the Bugatti apart and cleaned out the wheels, axels and bodywork. I have removed the digital plug and also the magnet, and on each time the same result. I can only assume that it is the motor and that it needs replacing. Has anyone had this problem before and is a motor replacement the correct solution, if not what is.Cheers All
gorp
since you did not say which powerbase , guessing apbin which case believe manual says flashing green means to set id, chips can lose them by accidentsso have you tried to reset id ?most scaly digital problems are caused by round 2 piece guideis it assembled correctly ?since you have opened toy, are lead wires still connected to guide ?thin metal ones do break and need resolderingthen disconnect lead wires from guide and place one on each rail of 1 lanedoes it run now ?if no , problem most likely is chip and not motor
