NWR
Great to see the Hawksworth coaches are to be reintroduced. However will they also be produced in GWR Chocolate and Cream livery?

Postman Prat
Maybe, maybenot. Most of these coaches were built after nationalisation and therefore would be painted in BR livery, rather than GWR
LCDR
1949 was the watershed year for CLC (Crimson Lake and Cream). So Compos 7252 to 7262, Brake Compos 7372 - 7385, Thirds 781 -832, Brake Thirds 833 - 854 *, Brake composites 7838-7847 delivered after Nationalisation but before January 1949 probably all, appeared in Chocolate and Cream but with modified lettering. (* order delivered before Nationalisation so definately C&C). All the rest were under construction and delivered in 1949 or later.
LCDR
My CWNs are post 1947 so cannot help with pre-War. The information in the CWN was fairly basic, so one would not be able to identify the actual diagram of the vehicle .Attached are some of the relevent pages from the 1950 and 1958 CWNs 1950/media/tinymce_upload/f9e259afda0d9540efbbdb6a606857cf.jpg/media/tinymce_upload/e1eb492714007e0935e095f1857804bf.jpg 1958 /media/tinymce_upload/6a08cbaf8ee7357c37bae18b0cc08e9b.jpg /media/tinymce_upload/f372726aa2e7609d2c07d825f6f1e3c3.jpg
