96RAF Posted July 26, 2018 Share Posted July 26, 2018 In the August issue of the Hornby magazine there is a review article of 21 pin decoders and it shows the Hattons one is declared on their website as incompatible with Elite and Select, however the reviewer confirmed it worked fine with their Elite. Hattons has posted this caution against some of their decoders on their website. Likewise many folk have reported general operational problems with some Hattons decoders on this and other forums. Oddly the Hornby Sapphire decoder wasn’t included in the review which was supposed to be within a price bracket of £15-25 but a Lenz decoder in the review fell outwith this limit.Rob Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
