Anyway, if you can read a value for CV8 then compare that value to the table published in this document.https://www.nmra.org/sites/default/files/standards/sandrp/pdf/appendix_a_s-9.2.2.pdf.EDIT: Rob posted whilst I was typing..Further EDIT: RailMaster (even the free evaluation copy will interface with the Elite) can read CV8, but I find only if I include CV8 as part of a read range such as for example read CVs 1 to 10.
