A big thank you to Ken Wards at Hornby R&DI had an email from Ken to confirm there had been an issue which affected only the class 31 TTS Chip from version 130 onwards. A fix has been made to version 134.Ken very kindly offered to recode the chip with the latest version if I sent it back. After a few weeks of illness I put it in the post, they received it on the monday and it was sent back on the Tuesday. Just over a week later I received a cheque from Hornby covering the cost of my postage to them.What great service. I was very happy to get the chip recoded and wasn't worried about the postage costs, but receiving the cheque was a pleasant suprise.
