ace2507
i have just pre ordered four coaches as one order, these were then split into four different orders in my account meaning i would be paying for postage on each item despite them all being due on the same day. Thought i would see if anyone on here knows if i will be charged postage who if Hornby will combine the order before dispatch, i tried customer services but they are closed today. pd91223
From Hornby's Delivery Information page: How do delivery charges apply to pre-orders?Pre-order items will be despatched as soon as they come into stock and will therefore incur delivery charges where applicable. If you have different pre-order items in your basket, or a mixture of pre-order and in stock items these will each show a separate delivery charge. walkingthedog
Also if you order say three different things on one day at different times these will all incur separate postage. Obviously if your four orders are all preorders they may all arrive on separate days over a period of months.

walkingthedog
The magic word is "expected". "IF" they all arrive in the UK together they will post them in one parcel.
JJ73
That's funny W.T.D. - you said "The magic word" & he was talking about "Harry Potter" who was/is of course a "Wizard" & they use "Magic word/s or phrases" to do their spells with!!! 😉 😆 😀 😎
