McLaren 12C Conumdrum

I have just bought x2 McLaren Digital 12C's and they are slightly different.  Both cars have come from the same set but the red one has  rear skirt, I have checked all the cars on the action site but I've never seen another one.

I am not sure what you are asking about.

Is it the fact that the two came from the same set and look slightly different?

Are you referring to the set C3171A?

This is an older set from back when Lewis Hamilton and Jensen Button were at Mclaren.

I found an older description online and it says the cars were design by Lewis and Jensen and therefore it is not entirely impossible that they are simply different.

Maybe some pictures might help?

Thanks Andy,  After further research the cars are from an earlier timeeven though the windows are blacked out, the seat are attached to the body top.  If you look at the S Sheets the internals are different there are x2 proper seats.
