Dorchester Yard Posted January 23, 2020 Share Posted January 23, 2020 I have bought a new 37 but only after unboxing it have realise it has no couplings fitted! I ordered a packet of tension lock couplings but have no clue how to install them. Does anyone know of a guide that can help me? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
atom3624 Posted January 23, 2020 Share Posted January 23, 2020 It should have a 'NEM socket', into which you feed, then push in the 2 little hooked prongs until there's a little 'click'. Take care how you place the locomotive - soft cloth or foam - and how you hold it during this simple installation. You should be able to see something on YT. walkingthedog Posted January 23, 2020 Share Posted January 23, 2020 I wouldn't mind betting the couplings are in an accessory bag in the packaging. I hope you ordered the correct couplings with the NEM fitting.
