But use it in an open space, outside preferably The beauty of this it leaves not trace of oily residue. Evaporates into thin air. Chrissaf Posted February 16, 2020 Share Posted February 16, 2020 have just bought two Hornby 040 engines, and started to strip one of them down , taken off wheels and such, can I use white vinegar, too help too remove old wear and tear off wheels, or is there anything that anyone would advise , too clean it all up, remove all the bad connection stuff.
