In Need of Information

Hello everyone, this Is my first post so sorry for any faux pas. my names Pete and I was wondering if anyone could share a little wisdom. 

Ok so i have a bunch of models airfix and other wise that my late father left me. I’m trying to get some more information on a few in particular as they seem to be more interesting than the usual.

Lunar Module

Lockheed SR-71

The main info I’m looking for is a way to date these down the release year. I can only guess 60‘s based on my dads age.

I also looked around for a pricing guide similar to  What you’d find for coins etc but couldn’t seem to land on anything. 

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated, even if it’s just general information about the crafts would be cool.

A guy at work told me the Lockheed SR-71 is still the fastest spy plane about and it can reach Mach 4.....I don’t know if this info is true but I found it awesome either way  😆

The lunar module is the 1969 issue.  It has just been re-issued so it is still available. However, there might be collectors interest in the original version/ box.

The SR71 is Revell not Airfix.

The Eagle transporter is probably the 1975 version.

There also seems to be a Revell kit of the Space Pioneers ...Apollo, Gemini and Mercury to 1/48 but the box top isn't visible.
