Creeping loco

When I programmed my Class 66 TTS chip testing it in an ESU rig at default address 3. My TTS Mallard creeps away and will not respond to the handset.

Presumably, you used the test rig in programming track mode, and with the rest of the layout disconnected, or used it as programming on the main.

Else, you might find the two locos have been programmed onto the same address.

If possible, try a factory reset of the decoders at fault.
