Chrise Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 I want to install a sound decoder into my DCC ready class 67 but even though there is an 8 pin socket I cannot work out where to put the speaker and decoder.the particular loco was a set with 3x EWS ballast wagons which is a fabulous loco with running lights and very heavy.can anyone help please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

96RAF Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 You will probably find you need to unsolder the speaker from its wires then extend the decoder wires in order to feed them down through the chassis frame and resolder to the speaker.
