The current line up of cars (the generic red and blue cars, plus the Williams - all from the same moulding) is now several years old. As much as I love to race Batman against Marty McFly, Hamilton vs. Verstappen would be much more satisfying and realistic on my track, and I'd love to see the new metallic green Aston Martin livery in 1:32. Posted April 30, 2021 Share Posted April 30, 2021 Somewhere in the dark recesses of the internet there is a video by an ex-Scalextric employee about what they went through to bring a McLaren car to the market.It was a six-digit figure in licensing fees only.On top was the time and effort of the team plus the cost of tooling and production.Never say never but currently it is very very expensive...
