TTS decoders [for Schools Class]

Does any body know what would sound similar to a schools class sound decoder that if possible is still available, maybe an S15 or a castle ?

Baz, there are two factors people usually quote in determining compatibility. They are:

• Cylinder configuration which determines chuff rate, and
• Whistle

So do a google search for those two things on the Schools and anything else you are considering.

However, there is a Loksound one which is even more expensive.

I have a Zimo one in mine which is about the same price. If you can afford it, it is definitely a lot better than TTS, but on the other hand you can get nearly three TTS decoders for the same price. The Zimo ones seem to be a bit more reliable than TTS decoders.
