RailMaster support

Hornby does not directly support RM, that is handled by a third party software house that wrote the application and gives direct support both through the RM inbuilt query facility and by direct email - support@rail-master.com

Most RM problems have been answered on this forum and if you cannot find your problem via a forum search then ask it again and you will be advised accordingly.

Tell us how you are trying to contact RM Support (HRMS) and we may be able to help with that too.

If you are using the support request in the RM Help screen (preferred method), you should get an immediate auto acknowledgement. If not, it’s not going through. This has been a problem with some ISPs recently and can often only be fixed by using a different provider.
