Deem Posted May 22, 2022 Share Posted May 22, 2022 Maybe someone could help.I took out my Bachmann Class 20 DCC Fitted - try to rename and allocate 4 numbers address but Dynamis will change but Loco will not move, so I tried 3 numbers address but that didn't work either so I allocated 2 number address, loco worked straight away in DCC Mode.My question or advice I need is Is that something down to older decoder or the way Bachmann have designed decoder? 96RAF Posted May 23, 2022 Share Posted May 23, 2022 The decoder does not support CVs17/18 (long addressing) nor does it have bit 5 of CV 29 which switches short to long addressing.
