You do not give us much to work on here as to why you need to contact them.

Initially you use the query submission facility within the Help in RM which sends files that help HRMS to investigate your problem.

They respond with an acknowledgement then later an answer to your question.

Failing that you can email them direct at support@rail-master.com but they will have no idea about your installation only what you tell them.

Just to add, HRMS [Hornby RailMaster Support] are a software subcontractor to Hornby Hobbies and DO NOT publish any form of telephone or physical address contact information. Their ONLY contact methodology is via the contact methods described by 96RAF above.

As 96RAF says, if you were to tell the forum what your problem is, then the forum can probably help solve it, as the knowledge base of forum members is excellent. But also, navigate to the top of this Railmaster forum and open the "Railmaster FAQ Index" sticky thread and see if your issue is listed in it. Also, if your issue relates to installing RM on your PC, look again at the sticky thread section and this time follow the link for the "Railmaster Help Site".
