Blueandwhiteton Posted December 15, 2022 Share Posted December 15, 2022 Hi all I have recently purchased R759 engine number 4983 Albert hall loco, I have been trying to get the service sheet so I can give it a good clean, the name decals are missing from engine body and I would like to get new ones but don't know where to get them ??? Going Spare Posted December 15, 2022 Share Posted December 15, 2022 Also Service Sheets 86 and 86A depending upon the vintage of the loco, which was produced in three distinct batches between 1966 and 1977, the sheets being viewable and downloadable also from Lendons of Cardiff via the 'Useful Links' pinned post at the top of this section of the forum. Methylated Spirit is very volatile and evaporates very quickly which is why it makes a good cleaner for electrical parts. It is not however any good at all for removing corrosion.
