I’m similarly impressed by the results of my first tentative dip into sound and return to DCC operation. Just need to decide what to buy next! Fishmanoz Posted April 6, 2023 Share Posted April 6, 2023 You can use the Select as well as its PSU if you wish, allowing you to run legacy DCC items if you wish at some stage. Two things if you decide to do that: return the Select to Hornby for update to latest v1.6 firmware, anduse the digital power track from your digital set when it arrives and/or remove the capacitor from your DC power track.
