I have scotsman train set that lost its front bogie when running the other day, on closer inspection it seems I may have lost a nut that fits into the bottom of the bogie. ColinB Posted January 15 Share Posted January 15 Probably Hornby is your best bet but if not, it is either an M2 or M2.5 nut. Generally I find it is easy to get these these off EBay, generally coming from China. Unfortunately I have found the Chinese are the only one willing to sell them in small quantities. The son of Triangman Posted January 15 Share Posted January 15 Historically Hornby and Tri-ang used 8BA as a standard size, the modern equivalent would be M2.2.
