I have to compliment Scaley for their great customer service.  I've been dealing with Tony, one of their reps for a couple of minor issues that came up.

When I receive good customer service I like to pay it forward . . . I was in sales for 40 years and I've watched good customer service sadly evolve into a thing of the past.

Tony has been very responsive to my emails and his call backs have been old school customer service level.  How good is it when you hear any c/s rep say to you "I just want to do whatever it takes to make you happy"!
