RichRG7
Hi, I'm hoping somebody out there can help with activating RM on a mac running parallels with windows 7. Have tried all the obvious (ensuring running as administrator, switching off all virus and firewalls) but without success. When I contacted RM support through the RM help system the request refused to go. Contacted RM support via my usual email and they mentioned that sometimes parallels settings may be to blame, but they did not elaborate further as they don't support this use. Anyone running with parallels have any idea as nothing obvious seems to spring to mind. Thanks.
gilbo2
I've never tried running on a Mac but it sounds like RailMaster has no connection to the internet at all. Is the Green Globe in the top right hand corner dark or light green? It will be dark green if it sees the Internet when first loading up.
rpjallan
I am running RailMaster on Windoze 7 with VMware Fusion. I found that I had to fiddle with the VMware network settings to be able to activate RM. Once I found the correct setting, activating, deactivating has been rock solid.
