CatmanStu
My elink stopped working after months of service. The green led flashes and that is it. I also own an early DCC controller and this works fine. So come on Hornby whats going on.
96RAF
Are you using your eLink with Railmaster (stupid question as there are no other options really). Therefore report the snag in via RM built in facilty (part of help menu pull down) and it will post all the necessary files to RM support for them to analyse.RM support is very good and will respond quickly
Yelrow
Catmansu, hi, welcome to the forum. As usual,RAF96, is spot on, Horby, are able to monitor your elink, and can call down the files to look at fault. The built in facility, is there for that purpose, good luck, john
Fishmanoz
Hi Stu, if your early DCC controller is a Select, try swapping the power supplies between them and see if the eLink works again and the Select doesn't. See on recent threads here about the possibility that newer 1 Amp supplies may be faulty and this would be a good test using the Select's presumably good supply.
