non deletion of track on schematic

hi, have one square on my track plan schematic, that defies all efforts to delete. It will accept another piece of track over the top, but will not delete. Has anybody else had this, curious, john

Sometimes it is possible to put the same piece of track down several times and perfectly overlay the one underneath. You are maybe deleting the top one but leaveing the one below. Try moving it and see if you can delete it. R-

You may have put 3 or 4 pieces in the same spot. If so, you'll have to move/delete them all. Eventually you'll get rid of them.

Thanks guys, it is only the one square, the original track will not delete. Played that game where you go round every square, and it is the only one that simply does not work. Not a problem, as piece goes over the top, but intriging. john

I expect you have tried this, but it is worth saying. Does it remain stubborn if you save the plan come out and go back in again? I sometimes get strange things happen when in planing mode that seem to sort themselves when I go through this routine. Apologies if youhave done this already. R-

What happens if you drag the piece to another cell on the grid?

What shape track piece is it?
