AgProv
One Airfix kit I absolutely loved as a kid was the 1/12 model of a human skelton, anatomically correct in every way. you could do worse than bring this out of the crypt, so to speak.I was wondering a while ago about how to go about doing a character model of DEATH from the Terry Pratchett Discworld books.Do you know, this kit would be an excellent starting point.. craft a cloak and a scythe, put a couple of electric-blue LED bulbs in the eye sockets, and I AM THERE, PERFORMING THE DUTY. BY THE WAY, YOU COULD MAKE ME A COUPLE OF HOURGLASSES TOO.Talk to the tTerry Pratchett people about re-releasing this as a tie-in? Airfix have always been good at thos since the very berginnings, you're doing it now with New Who, and it can't be beyond your ability to add the scythe, hooded cape, blue light for the eyesockets and a few hourglasses... Caerbannog
Nice idea :-DBut you will need a new skull if you want to represent DEATH from the movie.Still the skeleton alone would be good too.
Frederick Kullas
Re-issue this one and push it for school children. Many are learning about anatomy at school. What better way to learn than by building a 3 dimensional skeleton?
BEN SAUNDERS
Every science classroom should have one of these. I wanted one to help understand archaeology and i would still buy one now.
darren_jones1
Trouble is I've been watching the skeleton on eBay and they are generally available for not much more than 15 squid
SCBallastBar
My skeleton dates from the late fifties and when I opened its "coffin" the other day it hadn't deteriorated.
Harold Twerp
A highly educational Model... praiseworthy purely for THAT !! To me it would be a 3D "Self Portrait."Does anyone plan to recreate the Scene from "Jason & The Argonauts" I wonder ?
