Geoff Baker1707820001
Me too, we know it had a repop in the mid 00s but still a nice kit, although given an update spue it could be given a mainstream re-issue
Francesco Oneto
When first issued it was one of the more detailed 1/72available kits, and it well represented one of the more versatile aircraft even built. I got it as a "gift" in an Italian enciclopedy of modern era aircraft in 1978, and I enjoyed building it. I hope it will be reissued, with some improvements, if possible. Italeri is re-releasing its old "Supermodel" kits with moulds improvements and upgrades (e.g. 1/72 Fiat Cr-32 and 1/72 CANT Z.506 Airone (Both with negative instead of positive panel lines, plus some PE and new decals). I hope Airfix will to the same!

mike_arnold
Totally agree; it was a great little model (mine was in yellow plastic)
Francesco Oneto
Totally agree; it was a great little model (mine was in yellow plastic)Mine too! The kit had a decent interior; both cargo and passenger.
Bert1707820915
I'm another that would like to see this kit return - although getting it to sit on its wheels rather than being a tail-sitter proved tricky! There was quite a lot of lead in mine!

Braille Dave
The real thing could be a bit of a tail sitter too! Not so bad if they had weather radar, but loading could be interesting in highish winds.
