  1. The threat to the market is 1/72 diecast armour and vehicles. There is a huge selection out there and they are relatively cheap especially once you factor in cost of paints etc for a plastic one.
  2. Looks really cool. You wouldn't want to be taking off with those guns firing! That huge under deck section made me think of this http://www.freakingnews.com/pictures/105500/Aircraft-Carrier-Golf-Course-105630.jpg Would be fun to do something similar but with the under deck being a swimming pool.
  3. I just throw them in the recycle bin. The thing is that the process of recycling creates pollution itself so it's a double edged sword.
  4. I've said much the same thing about aircraft, all the P-51's, Spitfire's etc that keep getting pumped out year after year. The die hard's take it rather personally and offer up all sorts of silly excuses. What they are too zealous to understand is, I don't need more of the same.
  5. I agree with Mossieman as well, for a number of years I was obsessed with accuracy, camo schemes, paint colours, weapons loads etc and I was finding that I was losing interest in what should be a fun hobby as I was spending more time on research than building. Now I build out of the box except for weapons added and I am having a lot more fun than before.
