    Yes it does. You have the option to leave several panels off, revealing much of the inner workings of the aircraft. The engine in particular is incredibly detailed.

    Well that was fun. Airfix kits have certainly moved on since I last built one in the 1980’s. This 1:24 scale Spitfire certainly stretched my modelling abilities and eyesight, with some parts hard to see with the naked eye. I’d highly recommend this kit, if you’re looking for a challenge.

    I agree Sailorman. I do this with any adhesive I use. The thing is, this is a brand new bottle and has never worked properly.

    Thanks Ratch. It’s a brand new bottle, so I was wondering if I needed to do anything to get it started.

    I’m having trouble getting the needle applicator to work with my bottle of Precision Poly Cement. Despite squeezing quite hard, I can only get a tiny amount to come out now and again. I’ve resorted to using cocktail sticks.

    Are there any downsides to having an airbrush with an integrated compressor?
