  1. Good day, as the TT:120 is a new scale and along with it also electrical power requirements do we have any figures in relation to what these are. E.g. how much current each loco draws when running? i am looking to design a layout that has approx 80 m of track and was wondering what the power requirements would be for say each loco. There is also the issue of coach lighting to consider with the flying Scotsman setup. I have seen the DCC Concepts alpha box which works as a Dcc booster rated at 5 Amps. Am I right in thinking that this will provide the layout with the required current when it needs to draw it to operate the various “bits and pieces” Any help/ thoughts / guidance appreciated. thanks in advance regards Colin
  2. Thanks for coming back tome this , I have to say it is impressive as I am looking to go from n garage to TT and just wanted to make sure it was feasible. regards Colin
  3. Hi all i have acquired the above and just have a query after being surprised to find it can be controlled from a mobile app. Can this be controlled via JMRI or ecosystem controller? thanks in advance regards Colin
  4. Hi does anyone know where I can get no and nylon fishplates for working with PECO flexible track and turnouts? thanks in advance Colin
  5. Thanks for this I am just in process of designing up a layout schematic to see what is practicable. regards Colin
  6. Hi, as there is no 6ft way gauge available yet, can anyone help me with the distance between parallel tracks centre to centre? thanks in advance Colin
  7. Hi, I am looking to return to railway modelling and interested in the TT:120 range in between N and OO gauges. Having used both gauges, i am interested in using the new gauge. One of the mistakes i made when working with n gauge was to use 1st radius Peco set track only to find i couldn't use any Dapol locos. Being mindful of this while investigating whether to go for TT:120 gauge is there a minimum radius for the new Hornby locos, and is there a track geometry plan of all the track pieces on offer from Hornby? Thanks in advance Colin
  8. I have taken my railmaster/Elink out of mothballs to see if there has been an improvement since I mothballed it 3 years ago. It looks to have been the case but the only reason I have done this is to see if it will produce a print out of the cv values of all my items with decoders to give me a record of the settings as I like to change them to give different effects, e.g. coach lighting bars. While it produces a printout, it is using ink and paper, It would be really useful if it produced a csv file which can then be viewed in excel or word in a more convenient format rather than using paper and ink. is this possible for the software to,do? Regards colin
