Two very good videos. This should give the doubters something to think about. The commitment by Hornby to this scale should be applauded. The honesty from Martin and Carl gives me renewed faith for the future. I think Greg and Chris could make a good living out of interviewing as it is always relaxed and informative. Can’t wait for the next episode.

Mine received today. Absolutely superb model, runs very well and good sounds. It will be good when the Mk3's arrive as it looks silly running with Pullman coaches.

Just watched the video. So pleased to hear from two people within the hobby with such a passion for the scale. I am actually new to the hobby and this video has made me feel more at ease with what I am doing and now realise I have made the right decision with this scale. I have just tried to pre-order: 1 x TT4027 BR Intercity Mk3 Standard Open 1 x TT4028 BR Intercity Mk3 Standard Guard 1 x TT4029 BR Intercity Mk3 First When going to the checkout I found that I was going to be charged £3.95 per item carriage. On contacting Hornby Customer Service, they say this is because they cannot be sure all items will arrive in stock at the same time. Which I accept. What I find amazing is that they do not have the facility to ship on order complete therefore not incurring any carriage charges. After spending the last 20 years in distribution we always had the facility to ship an order complete.

Hi , I am new to the hobby and have just purchased the Flying Scotsman bundle to build my first layout. My question is, what size cable do I need for the bus wiring below the layout. regards Les
