"I expected the reply about the whistle and cab, there's not a lot they can do about them and for most people they can either sort them themselves or live with them, or return them." I find this response quite alarming as I have an Easterner set on pre order which I am now considering cancelling. It seems to me the policy is to get the product out there, get the money in the bank and let people sort it themselves. Simon I am a 70 year old who is new to model railways with no prior knowledge am I expected to adjust / repair a product that should be working out of the box and look correct ?
