ive used my NCE powercab, and a roco z21, and configured a standard 2 digit "DCC" address, running exaclty as id expected, if that helps .

i'd only add , check the speaker impeadance/resistance, ive had Bachmann engines that had a 4 ohm speaker, i cant see any detail on the HM7000 , but ive measured the HM7000 cube resitance at 7.1Ω so i guess thats a nominal 8Ω speaker
