Braille Dave
Hi Sylakk Mine's only that mucky because it was used just behind the front line in Normandy, and as you might imagine vehicle cleaning wouldn't have been a top priority for the crew. On proper airfields the vehicles tended to get cleaned regularly- so they wouldn't be as filthy- particularly if yours is undergoing maintenance. So don't worry about the weathering- and don't forget to publish some photo's so we can all see your good work. cheersdave
Braille Dave
Hi sylakkSorry forgot to mention- nip over to 'H/F CH1 R/X U/S- MSSU attend' in the figures and diorama section- that'll give you an idea of the context, because weathering is all about context. Happy modellingRegards Dave
