The obvious question to ask is have you turned the volume up on your phone.What exactly is the problem. Explain as best as possible please.Are you operating in BLE or Mesh mode.Is the problem on one particular track channel or both.Is the fault on steam-diesel-electric only or all. Andrew-1210417 Posted July 1, 2021 Author Share Posted July 1, 2021 The sounds is on and working for the instruction videos. The connection is working so I can operate the train. I am using mesh and low frequency. The issue is that none of the sounds for steam, electric or diesel are Audible the UI registers the request but does not output any audible associated to the button that is pressed. i have also tried both channels and both connection types as well as reinstalling the app. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

With silent mode on my phone will stop messages and calls being audible but will allow apps to function as normal. However the app for HM DC requires silent mode off to work on my iPhone XR.
