Joseph-1219103 Posted August 27, 2021 Share Posted August 27, 2021 For a few years I have owned an old 1:64 scale scalextric set called ‘Micro Mania: Demon Flyers’, which works very well considering it’s not exactly new, however I am unsure what to do regarding buying new track pieces that are compatible with the track, as I do not believe that the new system has compatible connections. Andy P. Posted August 29, 2021 Share Posted August 29, 2021 Hi There,You are right, the new system that has been sold since 2019 is not compatible with any other system out there. In fact, they cars use 9 volt motors so it is really not compatible in a lot of ways....A quick google search though showed that your set is from the previous system.Woodcote is the expert on this but track from I think 2009 to 2019 should work fine.When buying take a close look at the connectors and if they are identical they should work.
