Hurricane Boy Posted October 14, 2022 Share Posted October 14, 2022 The current Workbench Blog has a nice article on the Lockheed P-80 / F-80 Shooting Star. This was one of the nicest looking first generation jet fighters and I love the picture of one of the pre-series aircraft in that light gloss gray paint scheme. I have never seen one flying but I spent hours watching the related T-33’s doing circuits at the local airport in the fifties, sixties and seventies. I have never built this kit but I won’t miss it this time around. I understand that it is a fairly descent kit.Tim Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
