Upgrade to Full Version of Software

Good morning All,


I am new to this forum. I am looking for help or advice on upgrading to the full version of railmaster using the method in the application. I have filled ou the form correctly and tried 2 different cards but I get an error stating "Unable to submit your order at this time - 0"

Disabling the FW indicates that you have not added a 'railmaster.exe' exception to your FW as documented in the RM manuals. You will need to add this exception to enable RM application updates and also any 'support requests' made within the RM 'Help' screens.

How to add a FW exception is documented in the RM User Guide Page 12 and detailed in the Security.PDF installed as part of the RM documentation pack. If you can't find the 'Security.PDF' on your PC, you can download it from here:

If your Anti-Virus uses its own integral FW, then it is advised that this is disabled and the Windows FW used instead. Do not enable both Windows FW AND your AV FW together at the same time.
