What’s the difference between small medium and large starter kits?

In a nutshell you are looking at:

1. Complexity of the kit in so far as number of parts go

2. Size of the model and

3. Cost

4. Number of paints involved. Small = 4 colours; Medium & Large = 6 colours

So basically the kits get to be more challenging as you go from Small to Medium to Large sets.
