I know the Airfix book Modelling RAF Vehicles included it as well as the Airfix magazine, issue 26 or 29. I have just managed to get my hands on a copy of the Airfix Modelling R.A.F Vehicles by Gerald Scarborough, along with some Airfix and Matchbox vintage kits.
