Hobby points not showing as Pending

Hi all,

I placed an order on the 12th and have received it so that's good. But logging back into my account a week later I have no points for this order. I know points will show as Pending for 21 days before become redeemable but my pending points is 0 when I should of recieved 320. My redeemable points is still the same as it was prior to this order. The order was for an item in the Outlet sale.

I have emailed Airfix but has anyone else had this problem?
