These are not applicable to your set.You should be able to load the HM DC app on your device as I have it on both an older device than the DCC app will run on and I have it on a brand-new iPad running the very latest version iOS 17.I suggest you delete the HM DCC app, and fetch the HM DC app and reinstall it. If it will not install then tells us what device and version you are installing it on.I will try to move this thread into its own topic for you.
