96RAF Posted October 30, 2023 Share Posted October 30, 2023 That is the way the forum software is set up and it has long since been discussed and decided by Hornby Towers that the process will not change until a new platform is introduced.The lag is associated with a moderator (who works in their own time and for free) going to the list to check for outstanding submissions and action the approval.Edit - I approved your amended avatar but it seems to have gone from your posts.
