AlfK
Hi,Am looking at setting up a hornby elite with railmaster on a DCC system that has lenz LS150 point/accessory decoders wired up to it, does anyone know if the elite with railmaster software will be able to use the latter okay? wiggy25
Yes, it should work fine.My layout uses Team Digital SMD82 accessory decoders and these were programmed using the Elite. They work fine using the Elite or Railmaster. For the LS150's just follow the instructions that come with them and program them directly from the Elite, I would connect a pair of wires from the Elite program track output directly to each LS150 and program them in turn.I would also make sure nothing else is connected to the LS150's while programming just to be 100% sure they program OK.CheersIanAlfK said:Hi,Am looking at setting up a hornby elite with railmaster on a DCC system that has lenz LS150 point/accessory decoders wired up to it, does anyone know if the elite with railmaster software will be able to use the latter okay? Gregd99
I use LS 150 with the elite and there are no problems. therefore I would expect that they would be fine with railmaster.perhaps you can programme on the programming track but the LS 150 programming methods I know are on the main. ModelerXYZ
It should work providing the decoders are set up on the controller properly. My NCE decoders work with the elite, and rail master.
