As Gordon is based on an A1/A3/Flying Scotsman type loco it might be worth looking at or contacting Peters Spares.

I agree with WTD. This would be better in the General section. 

 

Now Hornby have discontinued making TTTE the number of posts, and the number of people looking at this part of the forum will diminish. I would not normally be looking here, but as I had earlier posted in the General Forum and then saw it had  been moved I pursued it here.

 

The answer to the initial question if Peter's Spares cannot help may be to look for an older A1/A3 model which is in 'spares or repairs condition' to canabalise for spares.

Hi to all,

I am attempting to repair a Thomas and friends 'Gordon' R9291 but I am having difficulty tracking down the gear valve gear distant washers to complete the job

Having made enquiries these look to be no longer stocked by Hornby

I realise this is a long shot but would anyone know anywhere that might hold these in old stock?

Any help gratefully received
