Rogerbass
Good to see the Maserati Indy for possible release, as long as it doesn't get delisted again like a couple of years ago.
peebeep
You'd think they'd have the licencing problem sorted before listing it again.
paul-muc
The Maserati Indy comes in a large starter set. https://www.airfix.com/uk-en/shop/vehicles/cars/maserati-indy.html I think it*s way toooo expensive.
MG Writer 2
It is rather expensive at £20... meanwhile in the USA they have been reissuing old 1:32 scale AMT car kits for far less than this and they're attracting the attention of slot car enthusiasts. I remember building the Airfix Maserati Indy when it was new the last time around - I carefully airbrushed it metallic bronze and did quite a good job for the time. I probably still have it tucked away somewhere. It was one of the best car kits that Airfix ever made, but it's no match for a modern Tamiya or Revell 1:24 car kit for not much more money... NWR-Gordon-4
Don't forget, tooling, scaling and licenses involved add to the cost of kits. This Airfix starterKIT also includes brushes, piant and glue, as well as the parts to build the car. I don't think the price tag too bad and I am sure that kit will be found cheaper at model shops.
