Ads-1221053
I'm starting out on some new figures, with new paint, my first foray into acrylics. I've picked an example of all the figures and a bomb and trolley, firstly priming them with Valejo black polyurethane primer. I doubt this will be a blow by blow, but I will try and give some updates and thoughts as I progress.

I've had a fun day, learned on acrylics, this is day 1, so very green. I used a wet palette, dry one, and ran a wash over the flesh colours as well as many layers. I'm still waiting for the other half of my paints to arrive! One picture is not like the others ;)
Kenneth ONeill
You probably have Paint on your computer (certainly it's still on this W10 machine) or can get GIMP for free. 90 degree clockwise and CCW manipulations are standard in both programs. On the other point, yes I'd use water-based acrylics on vinyl figures. SD45elect2000
One of my favorite figures with an ace of aces P-38H.
SD45elect2000
Mostly Airfix figures. These were painted using Vallejo black gloss primer, AK Interactive paint for the clothing. Model Master flesh and Tamiya black wash. The aircraft is Academy with Quickboost engine cowlings. Painted with Alclad polished aluminum and Tru Color blue. The decals are Super Scale. One advantage of binge building is the models get a little better with each one. The metal finishes are difficult...Randall
