Mr-357896
Hi All,British Industrial Sand (BIS) Hopper Wagon (PGA) - R004I'm trying to track down some of these to make a rake. The Hornby number is R.004, which seems to point to a Colgate plank wagon.Does anyone have any info on these and/or a lead on any that are for sale in the UK?Thanks,JT
What About The Bee
There's one on that auction site right now.Bee
Going Spare
@ BeeIs that on ebayUSA? The only wagon I have been able to find on ebayUK is the Colgate wagon, not the BIS PGA hopper. (Another example of Hornby reusing a catalogue number.)

What About The Bee
Hi Going SpareApparently so. The inverse of my situation! I desire LMR and I usually can only get it from the UK.It is always worth asking a seller if they will ship across the pond. Bee
Tony57
HiHad a look in my Story of Rovex Vol 3.The wagon in question was only made in 1991and only 3,600 were made, it is on the scarce side of avilability.
Mr-357896
Thanks everyone. I had seen the one in the states, but without others to make a rake, there seemed little point in paying over £40 once shopping was added on.I'll just have to keep looking i guess.JT

Aussie Fred
I have been able to pick up a couple of these, in the USA, the advantage of having a step-son living in America who comes home to visit his mom every couple of years and has spare baggage space. Should have them in about 2 weeks.
